Here’s our lovely little shoppe's policy:

Discounts

Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders. Customers can only apply one discount code per order.

When will my lovely goodies get to me?

Our dollies work Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We ship within 1-2 days (excluding weekends) from the date of purchase. We do our best to get your packages to you as soon as we can since we understand it’s important for a lot of our customers to get their orders prompt for that special occasion or vacation. If for any reason, we cannot ship your order within our normal policy, we will contact you immediately to give you an update on your oder. Generally orders within the US are delivered within 1-5 days. If you need your order expedited and need a set guaranteed date, please pick the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

ModerneChild is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier, unless guaranteed shipping rates are purchased. However we have not encountered any issues so far and will do whatever we can to ensure our customers are satisfied.

Exchanges

We know you will love your products, but if for any reason, you are not satisfied, please let us know at info@modernechild.com. There will be a Exchange form located in your package with return instructions. Please fill out that form and send it in your with return package.

We honor exchanges ONLY after 14 days from the receipt of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back and the $5 per piece shipping fee for the returned item. Each piece after will be $2. All items must be returned new, unworn, and original tags intact. We will inspect all return packages and reserve the right to deny or exchange if all the above are not met.

If the product is defective or not as described, ModerneChild will take full responsibility and we will make sure you get a new product to ensure your satisfaction.

SALE Items

All SALE items are final, but maybe returned or exchanged for a different size only. All shipping fees for normal return/exchange apply.
